George Engelbach, right, talks with state Sen. Charlie Shields, R-St. Joseph, left at the Buchanan County Lincoln Day held in the Holiday Inn Riverfront on Saturday. Engelbach played the role of former President Abraham Lincoln for the evening. Buchanan County Republicans honored Sen.Shields with the Theodore Roosevelt Award.
